INDEXPROM doesn’t use third parties’ services and uses their own financial mechanisms. Thus we ensure quick, reliable and safe payments, as well as adequate currency conversion. We also don’t use intermediaries when purchasing equipment. Industrial products from Europe, America and Asia are purchased through our European office.

Possible delivery options

Our clients may pick up their order at our German office, or at St. Petersburg or Moscow warehouses. As an option we can also perform delivery to a shipment company  terminal  or to your office door.

We offer favourable terms of warranty service. Thus, if the failure cause is unclear, we repair equipment under warranty. We also offer several options of warranty service, including extended agreement. Equipment maintenance is performed either by service centre specialists or by a special mobile brigade. This enables quick response to a call and reduces equipment downtime.
