Delivery algorithm

STEP 1. Placing an order

You can place an order in any convenient way:

- by e-mail;
- by phone;
- by fax.

The orders are being processed immediately, and our loyal clients enjoy priority in service. The order is forwarded to the manufacturers on the same day upon receipt, if all the data are present, namely:

• product name;
• technical parameters (nameplate photo, or parameters from catalogue);
• customer’s details.

If some of the technical parameters are absent, our specialists will help you to select proper equipment and place the order correctly.

STEP 2. Quotation receipt

Within 1-3 (or in rare cases 10) days the customer gets a quotation, which includes:

• product price with the account for customs and logistic expenses;
• payment terms;
• delivery terms.

There are several options of settlements, the most favourable ones are for our loyal clients; Prepayment and postpayment are possible.

STEP 3. Product delivery at its destination

INDEXPROM offers a possibility to receive your order at the place specified by you or pick it up from the warehouse. Upon standard conditions, the cargo is delivered to St. Petersburg or to Moscow, from where the customer can pick it up on its own or via a shipping company. At additional charge we deliver orders to the address of cargo transportation company in the customer’s city or to the specified address.

We can arrange pickup of equipment from our company warehouses in Germany. In this case all activities on cargo shipment to Russia (including customs clearance) are performed by the customer.
