INDEXPROM works with legal entities; it accepts orders and delivers products all over Russia and CIS countries. To place an order, you need to fill out the form on our website and contact our managers by phone numbers specified in contact details.

Ordering process

• Orders can be accepted by phone, e-mail or fax.
• Orders from loyal clients are processed in the first place.
• All requests are processed quickly upon receipt. For correct ordering, please specify proper technical part name and the manufacturer. When placing an order for making a part, please attach drawings or accurate technical parameters, if the part needs to be designed and then made.
• Cost calculation is performed within 1-3 days, and in case of non-standard parts requiring detailed processing – up to 10 days. Price list is kept up to date, and product prices are always effective. An exception is prices for imported parts. They depend on currency exchange rate effective on the day of payment.
• Order is paid via bank transfer. Payment terms depend on the order amount and the client’s status. If the order is big and technologically complicated, and requires much production time, payment terms are estimated on an individual basis.
